In Oasis Shooting Ops, you’re going to find yourself in a mysterious house – a ancient Egyptian palace that was once inhabited by sorcerers. Many, many years ago, a wizard created a magic stone that gave him the power to summon demons. The demons had been sealed in the stone, but somehow, they escaped and attacked the palace. The wizard lost his mind and locked himself in a room with his stone. The stone instantly transformed him into a giant stone head, which, in his madness, came to life. At that point, the wizard lost his hair, his beard and his pants. The only thing he kept was his stone, which he couldn’t wait to use to summon his demons. But, those demons were too busy taunting the giant stone head to answer him. Until this day, the stone remains inside the palace.
The wizard’s room is now filled with a bunch of demons and giant stone head’s bodyguards. Now they’re after you and they’ll stop at nothing to make you theirs. It’s time to grab your magic wand and defend yourself!

The Horde is really catching on quickly, for our first game I already had a set of rules drawn up and have a good idea of what I want to do with them. I’m pretty sure that I’ve got the proper distribution of abilities, though my spoiler coach didn’t like that, and the game currently looks like this:
The first column is my environment. The second column is me, the player, and the last column is zombie spawners. Below each of the spawners is the number of zombies on the table. For now, only the rage attacker and the loner are used. The wave is triggered when there is a weapon in the attacker column and an attack effect in the loner column. When a weapon or attack in the attacker column is used, points are added to the attacker and loner pool.
There are several ways for the horde to move. The first is the normal walk. It takes a few turns of the game timer. Second is run, which is a teleport attack. Third is attack, which takes the closest zombie. When a zombie crosses the button, that zombie is destroyed and the point value removed. The enemy horde either runs in the same direction or reverses directions. Defending the board is similar, but in reverse – defenders can choose to remove some of the zombies attacking them. Finally, defenders may heal. While a defender is healing, they do damage and add value to the attacker pool, as well as some defensive effects against the game environment.
So far, I’m happy with the game. I know that some of the zombies are too spread out, and the points are too high. In an effort to address this, we need to re-think the board design and redraw it. Right now, the board looks like this:

The Japanese government is grappling with the increasing pressure from within the country to return to the days when it exerted influence through military power and strength, a failed legislative push to alter the Japanese Constitution. An attempted military coup by members of Japan’s Armed Forces (GSDF) leads to a failed coup by the Japan’s interior ministry’s National Security Forces (NSF). The coup fails, but was very close to succeeding. In an effort to suppress further coup attempts, Japan’s Prime Minister forms a branch inside the Interior Ministry’s National Security Forces (NSF) called GROUP SIX. They answer directly to the Prime Minister and are sworn to protect the Japanese constitution at all costs. They immediately begin to hear rumors of a rogue element of the GSDF Special Forces (JINRAI) maneuvering for a second coup attempt. These JINRAI are SOG43, fierce nationalist loyal to their love of country, and a desire to put Japan back into a position of strength and power. They begin to act and the NSF and SOG43 begin the war.
