so, i decided to go and buy the creative cloud for a second time. i would like to not buy a lifetime subscription and want to keep my current software. after reading the terms and conditions, i have to be honest, i do not understand how they can legally deny this functionality. i will put my money where my mouth is, i am not buying a subscription and instead i will use my adobe cs6 license for personal use.

hi, i have a problem and a solution. i have an adobe licence that i bought in 2012, which expired in 2017 and i want to use my cs6 design and web licence, which is expired in 2021, on my new windows 10 laptop. the licence is adobe cs6 2013 student edition, (what i paid for), which i bought in 2013. when i try to activate it, it tells me that my licence has expired, and that i need to buy a new licence. this just doesn’t make sense.

i tried to contact adobe customer services, but all i get is automated support, which is useless, and i’ve read that they don’t help at all on the forum. i’ve tried a few different ways to work around this, but the only way to sort this out seems to be to buy a new licence, which costs £150.

hello, i’m having some trouble with the serial key that was provided with the adobe cs6 flash. after a week of trying to use the key that i have downloaded, all i can do is create a flash website. how can i use the serial key to use the adobe flash?

hi, i bought the student version with the flash cs6 disc. every time i get the software to install it says that the serial key is not registered, and i can’t get to the installation. is there a serial key that i can use or do i need to purchase the full version of the software?
has anyone been able to install adobe cc on their win 8.1? i tried it on a fresh install and it has not worked. no error message just hangs at the “installing” screen. i also tried upgrading to windows 10. this problem also occurs with this version.
