Hi! I have run into a problem with the latest version.
Every time I run it it gets to step 2 in the install process, and then it freezes. (it never gives me the option to keep or cancel).

I can’t seem to download anything via your software.
When I go to the site and try to download anything, it freezes up on the second step of the install process.
Sometimes it installs and then tells me that I can’t download the file, even though it is actually in my downloads directory.
Sometimes I get an error that says there was a problem with the website and I have to try later.
