The OutlookPhoto module provides a tool that allows you to
quickly add photos to email messages. This is useful when composing
messages to share photos that are stored on an internet photo sharing
site.
In addition, the OutlookPhoto module also allows you to view
your currently stored photos. In fact, you can view the currently
stored photos even if you have not yet saved the photo to the
Exchange Server 2010.
The following photos are currently supported:

Default Pictures

Internet Pictures

Large Attachments

Portable Pictures

So why would I use OutlookPhoto?

I found the following benefits when using OutlookPhoto:

Step 2: Configure the Exchange Server 2010 Photo Settings
Configure the Exchange Server Photo Settings.

Step 3: Activate the OutlookPhoto Module
Activate the OutlookPhoto module.

Activating the OutlookPhoto module will bring up the following window:

Step 4: Create a New Photo
Click the “New Photo” button to upload a photo to Exchange 2010.

In the New Photo window, select the file to upload:

Click the “Preview” button to preview the photo.

Clicking the “Preview” button will show you the size of the photo.

Click on the “Show Photo” button to view your photo.
KEYMACRO Expr:
Replace the current photo with the current photo.
KEYMACRO Arg:
The photos will not display until they are changed.
KEYMACRO Comment:
This feature is designed to let the user view their current photo as it displays in Outlook 2010. It is in the process of being used and tested. This feature could become a replacement for the Pics Add URL feature.
The GET SESSION feature requires the user to view their current photo. If the current photo is removed from the users computer, Outlook will display a blank/white photo. When re-opened the photo will be loaded in the viewable frame.
KEYMACRO Description:
Click on the “Get Photo” button to upload a photo.
KEYMACRO Expr:
Replace the current photo with the new photo.
KEYMACRO Arg:
The photos will not display until they are changed.
KEYMACRO Comment:
This feature is designed to allow the user to view the photo they will have as it will be displayed in Outlook 2010.
KEYMACRO GET_LOOKUP_FEATURE is used in the Lookup Functionality feature.
– While looking at the syntax of a MACRO, they are both used in the same manner.
KEYMACRO Description:
Upload an Outlook 2010 photo to Exchange 2010.
KEYMACRO Expr:
The file name of the photo.
KEYMACRO Arg:
The path name and the file name of the photo.
KEYMACRO Comment:
This is a neat feature which allows users to upload a photo to Exchange 2010. Once the photo has been uploaded to the exchange server, it will be available to all users and emails. They will not be able to view the photo without having the uploaded photo stored on the server, and once the photo is uploaded the photo will not be available for viewing for a period of time after the photo has been uploaded.
KEYMACRO GET_SELECTION_FEATURE is used in the Select Functionality feature.
– For a system to be used as a selection method for the Lookup and Receive Features of Outlook 2010.
