3. Upload plugin files.
Upload the zip files to Confluence.
Upload the “param-include-confluence.txt” file to the “docroot/confluence-base/content/scripts/” folder.

NOTE: This plugin only supports CONFLUENCE_EDIT. If you have a CONFLUENCE_DISABLE version, you have to create the page manually. Then update the page as shown below.
Enabling / Disabling Parameter Placeholders
