The Gradient tool works much like the Brush tool in that you can control the shape by changing the size, angle and hardness of brush tip. It also allows you to change the gradient stop, color match or to define a color range. You can even adjust the gradient type and position for each gradient stop.
The Gradient Lighter works much like the Blend tool, though it allows you a range of ops including changing opacity, brightness, contrast, color balance and color temperature. You can also add soft shadows, vignettes or other enhancements to your image.
The Wipe tool allows you to remove unwanted content from an image with a variety of approaches including automatic, selective and ranked (worked well with the Mixer tool). You can also achieve a similar effect using the Eraser tool. While the Wipe tool uses a slider, the Eraser also allows you to adjust these options for each pixel.
The Following tools are new additions to Photoshop Camera and roll out starting with the May 2020 release of Photoshop CC 2020.
