How to Play with the Rogue Clock?

When you choose a time zone, the rogue clock will display the current time in that time zone, for example: US Pacific, US Mountain or US Central.

Time Zone Offset:

This is the difference between your current time and the chosen time.

In the free and open source version, the option to change the time zone is only available when the time zone is set to the nearest city.

Click on the “+” button and the time zone offset will be added to your current time. Click again on the “-“ button and the time zone offset will be subtracted from your current time.

The human myosin heavy chain A or B isoform was overexpressed in HEK 293 cells and transiently transfected into rat neonatal cardiac myocytes. Activity of the MHC isoform and phosphorylation of MLCP (Myosin light chain phosphatase) in the myocytes were measured by gel electrophoresis and Western blot analysis. Cardiomyocytes overexpressing the patient’s mutant MHC isoform showed an increased level of phosphorylation and activation of MLCP compared to those transfected with the wild-type MHC isoform. MHC isoform (patient) overexpression and MLCP phosphorylation were not detected in the rat neonatal myocytes. The expression level of the non-muscle MHC isoform was lower in the patient’s myocytes compared to the rat neonatal myocytes.
