Thanks for the great post. I have been doing these sleeping positions for about 2 weeks now, and absolutely love it. Unfortunately, I am still dealing with the issue of my pelvis and spine being on the same plane. This makes sleeping on my back more difficult, as I do not sink as deep. I sleep on my stomach when I need to now, and the pain is so much less noticeable. Again, thanks for the great article!

Thanks, it really has helped me in the last 2 weeks since I started sleeping on my back. I was part of a 24 car pile up in September this year and in the wake of this I developed a chronic full body pain, if I didn’t sleep on my back the pain was unbearable.

Sorry about the fall. Hope you feel better soon. I think its best to use the cream according to prescription until its done then see if theyll be improvement. If not, you can go back to the doctor and give him a report. In case it worsens while using the cream also stop using and go back to the doctor. Otherwise, if it doesnt bother you in bed, Id say your beddings are good for the situation. Thanks for the great article. I have been doing this for the past month and have noticed a big difference. I am on my fourth day doing them. I had my surgery this past week and they removed a lot of calcified bone from behind the knee. In the first few days I was almost bed-bound and couldn’t walk at all. The arnica did help but after the first week I had very little energy. I have been sleeping in the same position (snug as possible) and do at least two and three rows. This makes me very tired but it usually passes at around 5-7am. I usually fall asleep within 15-20 minutes and wake up at 9-10am. It is definitely making a difference.
I am one month in to doing these sleeping positions and would like some feedback. Right after about 4 or 5 days of sleeping I noticed that the pressure on my pelvis and spine decreased quite a bit. More than half way in to it I noticed my joint pain decreased significantly. I did have a bone removed from my back but I was still getting some pain in the area from moving around. 3 weeks into it the joint pain is completely gone but it has not totally eliminated the pain. I noticed that I am sleeping much better and have energy that is still there but it is not as high. I would say that it is helping my daily activities much more than my pain.
It’s a great article! I’m now 4 months in to sleeping on my back and love it! I have chronic pain and my limbs (hands, arms, feet, legs) feel like they are in constant full body spasms. If I go more than a couple days without sleeping on my back my muscles just seem to turn into a twisted mess, losing all definition and the muscle pain increases tremendously. The technique is a great way to fight the spasms, and I like the idea of the pressure being used in the back and not in the legs. If my muscles are too tight to even sleep on my back, the pressure around my organs prevents any strain on the back, I feel more relaxed and can sleep on my stomach.
