Cnr2 Crack Mac (chroma noise reduction by dual pass) is based on a double convolution of the image in the video. This double convolution is done in two passes. The first pass is similar to image-smoothing and correction. Because the chroma information is very sensitive to the smoothing, we take the second pass to a time-domain filtering, where we also remove the noise but with a bigger focus on line-y component than on the signal component.

This filter is better for color content than a filter like “Filtering noise in vDVDEngine” was, because a lot of signal is filtered in the small band of the luma and it will distort the signal. You need to use a “filter with less boost” to use this filter to get a coherent visual result.
The higher the bandwidth the better this filter work.
Considerations:
With a very low bandwidth, the low frequencey sharpness will be very noticable, because the filter will have to work very fast to keep the original sharpness.
If the filter is too slow, you will have an aliasing on the sharp colors.
When the filter is too boosty, it will not be withstanding to the strong color component of the signal.
Input chroma can be “white” in some areas of the picture: for the filter must be focused on these areas when filtering the noise, or you will have an aliasing of the color component.
The different colors in the output picture will be a little bit pinkish or cyan. It depends on the bandwidth of the filter.
This is a temporal filter, so the “out of band” colors are not preserved in the “band” area.

– Nominal = YUV to RGB conversion. (this is the default setting)
– Advanced = It is possible to use YUV to RGB conversion and then a averaging RGB conversion, this is recommended in the case where a lot of aliasing is expeceted.
– Advanced – Advanced = It is possible to use YUV to RGB conversion and then a averaging RGB conversion, this is recommended in the case where a lot of aliasing is expeceted.
– Advanced – RGB color space conversion.
– Color space conversion = It is possible to use a different (different from main) color space for the YUV conversion (especially useful if you have a pretty limited video card).
– Advanced – Little bit vignette 1.0(4 by 4 window)
– Color correction : It is possible to apply a color correction to the colors of the picture, for example to correct for the red channel and the blue channel, if those channels are too strong with eachother. If you have a RGB3000 camera, you can use the red channel correction for that.
– RGB contrast.
– RGB contrast = It is possible to apply a linear (or any other) color correction to the color of the video.
– Intensity Histogram normalization.
– Histogram normalization = It is possible to normalize the image on the histogram to maximum value, this is useful for gamma correction (and other stuff).
– Intensity = The level of the YUV conversion to be used to compute the RGB conversion. The default is to use an average YUV conversion, and it works well in most cases.
– Scene = It is possible to make the same filter to work according to different YUV conversion scenarii. This is a bit tricky so I don’t recommand it too much. (check the TIP2 filter to see how this can be done)
– Intensity – Filmic with average YUV conversion.

– Sharpness = It is possible to use a sharpness mask (mask pattern) to correct chroma artifacts. Default is 0.3 (this is the same as in Gilles Mouchard’s filter).

What’s New in the?
Cnr2 is Chroma Noise Reduction 2 which is a more effective anti-chroma treatment than cnr 1.1
This Filter has 6 tap coefficients. Three of them are used as an inverting Chroma filter and the other three as a YUV converter.
The chroma filter has two vertical phases from which you can choose. I’ve choosed the phase leading to the better results.
You can adjust all six (!) tap coefficients to your taste.
The last tap coefficient is used for the saturation level. With any value other than 0 the saturation is reduced.
The saturation level is set by the last coefficient, the filter will reduce chroma saturation with increasing value of it.
If you have a really strong chroma artifact and want to reduce it, try to set the saturation level to about 0.0025 or less.
