Start modeling from one of the pre-designed atoms. It comes with predefined atoms representing basic objects like a cylinder, sphere, cube and prism. These atoms can be arranged, their sizes can be changed, the axis orientation can be altered, and their colors can be adjusted (gradient blend as well).
