Solve a Multidimensional Linear Regression Problem

I have a question regarding solving a Multidimensional Linear Regression problem. I have a questionnaire that has answered multiple questions of a certain type. The user can pick the type they’ve answered the questions for (Indication).
I have two tables: Questions and Answers, where the QuestionID links them.
I have a data set where for each question I know the previous and next answers (with no duplicates), so the vector y goes from 0.3 to 0.7 for question 1, 0.1 to 0.3 for question 2, 0.4 to 0.5 for question 3 etc.
What I want is to fit the indications to these questions and get the corresponding result as a vector. I have found a similar problem on stackoverflow ( Multivariate Linear Regression ) but this was used to predict a single result.
Is there a way to do this? Thanks

First, I will assume that the data set is given in a form that’s easy to use:
Lets say you have a data of x = { q1, q2, q3,…, qn }, each q i has a y i = [ 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5 ]

and each q has an indication type, i.e. q has IndicationID = [1,1,1,2]

and the IndicationID values are put in Indication type 1,2,3,4 in this order

In the same time, the answers for each indication type in the qs are in an ordered form, which is easier to use and easier to understand.
Basically the example you show is sorted, ordered and the indices (i.e. 1,2,3,4) are used to represent the corresponding Indication types.
Thus, to answer your question, the data should have a form like this:
dat = { q1, q1, q1, q2, q1, q2, q2, q2, q2, q2, q2, q2, q3, q3, q3, q3
